1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Devsharks Ltd, Company number: 000, Reg. office at 55 Institute place, London, E8 1JZ, UK, email: email@example.com, (“Devsharks”) provides code review services. This website, including the signup process for customers, users or code reviewers, are referred to as (“the Website”) and any code review that is commenced is referred to as (“the Assignment”).
1.2. To use the Website, you must be at least 18 years old and/or otherwise authorized to enter into an agreement and agree to be bound by the Terms.
1.3. By creating an account and using the Website, you agree and accept the Terms.
2.2. You are responsible for your right to use External Providers and Information in the Website. You are also responsible for all use of the Website and for your login information to be protected from unauthorised access.
2.3. Any fees, payment details and other legal requirements are outlined in a separate agreement (“Contract of Services”) that will be provided and accept prior to commencing with the Assignment. Outside of the Assignment, legally covered by Contract of Service, the use of the Website is free. Through the Website, you have the opportunity to access specific services and other offers from Devsharks and others who may require payment. In such cases, you will be informed separately.
2.4. Devsharks may also offer the user new services in the Website. Such new services may be linked to special conditions. If the user wishes to activate the new service, the user must accept the special terms that apply to that service.
2.5. Devsharks and its partners may target users through the Website, Email, or otherwise. Marketing aimed directly at users should comply with applicable laws, codes of conduct and ethical guidelines. By creating an account at Devsharks, you agree that Devsharks direct offers to you. If you no longer wish to receive targeted offers, you will be able to opt-out from such following ‘unsubscribe’ link provided within the offer.
3. Permitted use
3.1. It is not allowed to copy, modify, distribute or publish information or content provided by Devsharks. Nor is it permitted to otherwise abuse the Website.
3.2. You are responsible for and hereby warrant that:
(A) The information you upload or enter the Website does not infringe on anyone else’s rights or otherwise violate the law.
(B) You have the right to dispose of External Providers and Information and have obtained the necessary consent required to use the Website and for Devsharks to be entitled to provide you with the Website.
4. Breach of contract
4.1. Devsharks has the right suspend or terminate a user’s account if the user violates the Terms or if, for any other reason, the Website may cause damage to Devsharks or third parties.
4.2. Devsharks intends to ensure that all information in the Website is as correct and updated as possible. However, Devsharks cannot guarantee the availability of the Website or the reliability or accuracy of the Information contained in the Website. Devsharks cannot be asked for a response if the Website is down or if any information or functionality does not work as expected.
4.3. Devsharks shall not be responsible for any unrelated decisions you make based on the use of the Website or for services or goods you choose to purchase from independent third parties or Devsharks partners.
5. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for any delay or loss due to circumstances beyond the control of a party and which significantly obstructs the fulfillment of the obligation in question or which means that the fulfillment of the obligation is not financially justifiable.
6. Change of terms
Devsharks is entitled to change the Website, change the Terms, or terminate providing the Website at any time. Devsharks shall promptly notify the user of any changes to the Terms. If you do not agree to the changed terms, you have the right to terminate the agreement with Devsharks before the changed Terms come into force.
7. Close your account
You can at any time terminate your account and your use of the Website by selecting “Remove Account” or an equivalent feature in the Website, or by contacting Devsharks. Devsharks will then delete all External Providers and any other Information that may be attributed to you, except for such information as Devsharks by law must save and archive.
We protect our customers and users. Therefore, we are keen to know if you are dissatisfied with us, our goal is to respond to all comments as soon as possible. Written complaints shall be made directly by email to, firstname.lastname@example.org, please write “Complaint” in the subject field. The customer or user may also request Customer Service to forward complaints to the Complaint Manager.
9.1. Devsharks has the right to transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms. Furthermore, Devsharks has the right to hire subcontractors for the fulfillment of our obligations.
9.2. Disputes arising from the Terms or your use of the Website shall be settled under UK law.
